Executive Committee

The Executive Committee meets the first Wednesday of the month.

The Executive Committee consists of the Chairperson of the Board, its Officers, the immediate past Chairperson of the Board and the Chairperson of each of the standing and special committees. The committee meets at the call of the Chairperson or upon the request of one-third of its members. It considers matters it deems advisable, and makes recommendations to the Board. This committee may adopt its own rules of procedure consistent with the Charter and by-laws.
